4OS/2 4.02A

A supperior CMD.EXE replacement. It adds a lot of functionality. There are new commands, superior batch file processing.

added some new commands:

• PS
• KILL
• POPUPS - turns popup error boxes on and off
• WHICH - will search a speified path for a file. you can search PATH, LIBPATH, BOOKMARKS, INCLUDE, LIB, etc.

It now checks for 4OS2.INI, 4START, and 4EXIT in your HOME directory (if you, have one) before the standard places.

fixed DEL /W for wiping files. it now really wipes them.
fixed MOVE DIR1 DIR2 to correctly move one directory to another.

Added new option to INI file called AliasFile. If this is set to a file, it will attempt to read the alias file.
